Your plan will be created for you, guided with you and the results assessed at the end.  Yes, your package includes a lot, but the professional knowledge of working with people with various health conditions using natural methods, as well as individualization and personalized approach cannot be reflected in the description of the components you’ll see below.

Core Program Includes

Three beautiful, delicious, nutritious, gluten-free meals per day. Our foods are not to die, but to live for! They are not designed to feed you, but to nourish you. Plus, if you crave it, they also may assist you in losing weight and decreasing cravings for unhealthy foods and substances. Warning! You may crave our meals when you get home :(.

The breakfast and lunch contain approximately 80% raw food and consist of carefully chosen ingredients designed for maximum healing benefits. The supper consists of a hot Re-mineralizing Soup with crackers. Meals are portioned, to ensure adequate nutrient intake.

The Core Program includes several health drinks and supplements, a large portion of which is designed to help stabilize your digestive system. These include a morning Green Smoothie, Liver Activation Shot, Digestive Tune-up Shot, top-quality Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes served with breakfast and lunch.

You also will enjoy unlimited Herbal Teas, Fresh Lemon Juice, Good Night Tea and filtered Hexahedron 999 water.

Provided that there are no contraindications, twice a week you’ll receive an Entire Digestive System and Lymph Flush. This powerful cleanse helps the body reset metabolism and increase the speed of healing of all body organs.

Food preparation demos, health lectures, lifestyle integration workshops, health videos, and emotional wellness workshops.

Handouts for workshops and lectures, as well as the Fresh Start Recipe Book with over 100 recipes are included.

group fitness classes are offered 1-2 times, yoga 2-3 times, meditation 2-3 times per week.

Daily steam bath sessions with aromatherapy and cold water treatments. If cold water therapy is contraindicated or if you are sensitive to certain aromatherapy oils, the therapy may be modified to suit your individual needs.

2-3 times per week. Though you can take a daily walk on a beautiful trail near the ocean, river, and forest, we’d like to share with you some more of Vancouver Island’s beauty. Sample locations of walks/excursions: Miracle Beach, Seal Bay Park, Saratoga Beach, Bear Creek Park, Oyster River Park, Willow Point Seawalk, Campbell River Museum, Woodland Gardens, Quadra Island, Heritage Driving Tour, Elk Falls.

1 time per week. Sample activities: movie, games and bonfire nights.

The eco water bottle has a double wall (inside glass and outside plastic), to ensure that toxic chemicals do not leach into your drinks. The bottle keeps your tea warm for a long time and has a tea strainer.

For deeper healing experience, Ocean Resort is fully reserved for the Fresh Start guests during our programs (by exception of occasional community meetings and weekly yoga class). The 2-story building has: 2 ocean-side class rooms, a yoga room, a fitness room, treatments and consultations rooms, and a gorgeous ocean-side dining area.

  • On average, the Services Package credit includes 7-8 one-on-one services + $250 worth of customized supplement protocols each week*.
    • Supplement protocols include the Quit Smoking Package.
  • One-on-one Services may include counselling or life coaching sessions, massage, salt scrub and other bodywork, topical applications, energy work, structural health therapies, colonics, and others.
  • Custom Protocols may include: Liver Cleanse, Lung Cleanse, Pancreas Support, Anti-Inflammatory, Thyroid, Adrenal, Sleep, Nervous System and Hormonal Support,  Digestive protocols, Blood Sugar/ Weight Stabilizing, Bladder, Kidney, Heart and others.
  • To serve your individual needs, we compose your individual plan from 40+ therapies and 40+ custom protocol options.

* Our Go-Deeper packages are organized based on a la carte payment system. Due to the difference in the cost of various therapies, the total weekly number of 1-on-1 services may significantly vary. The amount spent on custom protocols for various people may also vary. The total value of both together (1-on-1 services and supplements) is equal to your Go-Deeper Budget Credit.

End-of-stay balance: Due to variance in price on different products and supplements, it is virtually impossible to bring your final balance to zero. Due to this, please expect an up to $150 variance of balance at the end of your stay. If the spent amount is higher than your Go-Deeper Budget, you’ll need to pay the difference. If the spent amount is lower, you can spend the remainder on extra purchases or tips. Alternatively, we can reimburse (up to $150 max).

We recommend you purchase health and travel insurance when you are planning your health retreat.

Travel & Health Insurance is required for guests from outside of Canada. Please do not take it lightly, COVID is still around. We recommend ManuLife or AIG. You can also check out with your local providers.

We are currently not set-up for extensive meal modifications for minor sensitivities and personal food preferences, but some allergies may be accommodated. Inquire when applying. NOTE: There is an additional fee between $150-250 per week for meal customization, as it includes a lot of planning and the entire kitchen staff training. A prior approval is required, as we can accommodate a limited number of guests with food allergies. Please provide us with max information prior to your registration, so we could determine how we can help.

Take-out meals for departure days are available at an additional fee. Thee days’ notice is required.
